This is the Victreebel hat I made for my James (from team rocket) cosplay for Ohayocon! It was eating my head; out of love, I'm sure. 100% handmade, 100% fleece. Unless you count thread... It doesn't sit that far down on your head either, the little foam girl is just... an alien.

I just realized I forgot the teeth. Awesome.
